Eucalyptus Wandoo Honey
Wandoo Honey is one of the smoothest honey varieties of Western Australia.
Wandoo honey has a very smooth caramel texture and has a butterscotch flavour. This delicious honey is a popular choice and is a great substitute in baking or as a sweetener in hot drinks and smoothies. Wandoo honey will crystalise fairly rapidly as the weather cools down, into a smooth and fine crystallisation not dissimilar to a creamed honey in texture.
