Limited Release from the ancient Tuart trees of the Mount Richon hills, Western Australia comes a honey as rare as the trees themselves. Our Tuart Raw Honey is bold, aromatic, and deeply rooted in place, harvested in small batches and left completely raw to preserve its natural complexity.
Its flavour is light and creamy with subtle mineral undertones, offering a smooth texture that melts on the tongue. Expect earthy, aromatic notes with a clean, slightly herbal finish, an elegant reflection of the native bushland. Tuart honey also crystallises quickly, forming a fine, dry texture ideal for spreading or pairing with sharp cheeses.
