Harvested from the blooms along Gibbs Road, this multifloral honey carries the gentle sweetness of Melaleuca (Paperbark), the earthy depth of Banksia, and the bright nectar of our local gardens. Cold‑extracted and unfiltered, it keeps every whisper of the flowers our bees visit.
Mellow, floral, and naturally complex, perfect stirred into warm drinks, drizzled over fresh bread, or savoured straight from the spoon.
A true bushland chorus in a jar. Hand‑harvested. Small batch. Pure Western Australia.
🐝 The Bees of Gibbs Road If you wander down Gibbs Road early enough, you’ll hear it before you see it, that soft, steady hum rising from the gardens, the paperbarks, the banksias. Our bees know this stretch of land better than anyone. They map every backyard lemon tree, every flowering verge, every patch of native bush that still holds its ground.
On warm mornings, they lift into the air like tiny sunbeams, drifting between Melaleuca blossoms and the bold, earthy Banksia cones. They work quietly, faithfully, gathering the nectar that becomes our Gibbs Road Gold, a honey shaped by suburban gardens and wild pockets of bushland living side by side.
Every jar carries a little of their journey: the sweetness of paperbark, the depth of banksia, the whisper of every bloom they touched along the way.
This is their story and we’re just lucky enough to bottle it.
