Beeswax can vary slightly in colour, this is due to the type of flowers the bees have been foraging on.

The actual colour of the candle may vary slightly in colour to the image candle.

Why does beeswax come in so many shades?

Well, beeswax is kind of like a scrapbook for a beehive — every color tells a story! When bees first make wax, it’s snow-white and fresh. But as the bees get to work using it for all their hive duties — stashing honey and pollen, raising their adorable baby bees (aka brood), and sealing up gaps with sticky propolis — that wax starts to change. It slowly shifts from pale yellow to golden amber, and sometimes even deep brown. So next time you see a piece of beeswax, remember: you’re holding a little piece of bee history!

We recommend burning our candles on a candle plate.
